WHAT IS THE AUTO-REFILL PROGRAM?
Your order is shipped to you every Month. Your credit card is charged automatically and you have to do nothing each month.
HOW DO I BECOME AN AUTO-REFILL MEMBER?
When ordering Unicity products from the the "Details Page" shopping cart marked "Save 15% with Auto-Refill" you will be placed on the Auto-Refill Program for that item. You may set up an Auto-Refill shipment on any single product or combination of products. It's your choice!
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BECOME AN AUTO-REFILL MEMBER?
Nothing whatsoever!
HOW DO I CHANGE MY MONTHLY AUTO-REFILL ORDER TO CONTAIN NEW OR DIFFERENT PRODUCTS?
To change your Auto-Refill order (usual monthly products) to contain other items, new items, or totally different items, simply fill out our (contact us form) and include the changes to your customer account five days before your next 4 week Auto-Refill cycle.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY AUTO-REFILL ORDER?
To cancel, simply fill out our (contact us form) or call HotVitamins.com stating that you would like to cancel your Auto-Refill. You must include your HotVitamins.com (Username or Order Number). If you just want to skip receiving an order one month, you can simply fill out our (contact us form) or call the HotVitamins.com customer service line (877) 265-0276 and verbally request that they skip your autoship for that month. Whether you are canceling or skipping a month, the requests must be received by 5 days before your Auto-Refill due date.
